About Me

I am a graduate of Dayton School of Medical Massage and licensed by the Ohio State Medical Board.  

After enjoying my work as a certified personal trainer for 10+ years,  I went back to school to be a massage therapist.   I've always enjoyed working one on one with clients to help them feel their best.

 No two bodies are alike and each needs an individualized plan to reach their very own best.  I try to keep this in mind while putting together customized treatment plans for each client.
